BOTH VIRTUAL & IN-PERSON
Book a time to discuss how to organize a workshop.
Nesrine’s Product Delight Workshop introduces the Delight Framework to help product leaders and managers create experiences that leave a lasting impression on users and drive success for their organization.
Why should you book this workshop
Are your products merely functional, or do they evoke genuine delight in your users? In today's fiercely competitive market, functionality alone is no longer enough to win the hearts of consumers. To truly stand out and foster loyalty, products must go beyond meeting basic needs; they must evoke emotions and exhibit empathy.
In the fast-paced world of product development, it's easy to get caught up in the race to deliver features and improvements. However, true innovation lies in understanding the deeper desires and aspirations of your users. Our workshop encourages participants to shift their mindset from a purely functional approach to one that encompasses emotional needs.
This immersive corporate workshop is an opportunity for product managers and leaders to embark on a transformative journey. This workshop isn't just about features and functionalities; it's about understanding and addressing the emotional needs of your users.
Who is the training for
Product leaders looking for a new perspective and concrete techniques to create a delightful product strategy that differentiates their products and motivate their teams.
Product Managers who want to create product opportunities aligned with their users' motivations and emotional needs.
Designers and engineers on product team members who want to engage in product opportunity beyond product delivery.
About the workshop
Through interactive sessions and real-world case studies, you will learn how to shift your mindset from focusing solely on features to addressing users' emotional needs. From identifying emotional motivators and delightful opportunities to prioritizing delight in product roadmaps and measuring success, this workshop equips you with the tools and strategies needed to craft lovable products.
Workshop pre-reading:
All sessions start with a masterclass for all participants. It helps us dive into the work quickly when the workshop begins.
We’ll assign you to 4-6 person teams where you will work together to create a product opportunities for your own product, or a product you know and love (e.g. Spotify, Shopify, Stripe, etc.). I provide each team pre-formatted, Google Slides that make it easy for teams to collaborate with each other. The teams will build product delight opportunities in a step-by-step way, using the Delight Grid that I present.
Towards the end of the session, I give your teams time to revise their opportunities, then pair you with another team to present your work to each other.
For my presentations, I use a combination of Google Meet (or whatever platform your team prefers), Google Slides, and Slido to create a highly interactive, engaging experience. I also use lots of Spotify, Google, and Skype cases to bring the Delight Grid to life.
I do both virtual and in-person events, depending on the team’s preference. For virtual workshops, we alternate between large Meet rooms and breakout sessions where small teams work through exercises using pre-formatted Google Slides.
For in-person workshops, we smoothly transition from my introduction of key concepts to hands-on application in small teams, utilizing the provided pre-formatted Google Slides.
The NPS is almost always higher than 70 (that’s considered world-class) and I can handle ten to one hundred people.
If you're interested in hosting a workshop at your organization, I offer sessions for 10-100 participants, available in both half and full-day formats. You can choose between 4 or 8 hours formats.
