Coaching sessions are personalised and designed for individual product managers or team members to help them achieve their goals.

I offer regular coaching sessions, in person or online, where you are at the centre of the conversation. Together, we'll focus on assessing your needs and agreeing on goals and objectives. We’ll quickly go beyond the theory and grapple with your context and reality, coming up with concrete solutions to put into practice and get you to your goal as soon as possible.

3 or 6 months Program:

In these one-hour sessions, conducted approximately twice a month over a three or six-month period, you bring the topic, and we delve into whatever challenges you're currently navigating. 

This is a 6 or 12 hours coaching package, where we can assess the current state and define objectives and plan toward it. This will be achieved through regularly checking and evaluating progress toward the defined goal. 

I recommend initially meeting every 2 weeks then changing to monthly once we hit a rhythm.  This service also includes answering your questions by chat or emails as well as  regular reviews and feedback on product artifacts.

You recognize the significance of product discovery, understand that empowered and cross-functional teams perform best, and are well-versed in agile working practices. If this doesn't align with your profile or if your organization isn't committed to working in this manner, my coaching may not be the best fit.
